Those who have been invited to take part in the November 7, 2004, session are asked to confirm their availability to participate by completing the online I-Form. As space is limited and the final participant list will be devised to include individuals from the widest possible range of professional backgrounds, not all invitees are guaranteed a spot. Generally, those who complete the form early will increase their chances of being selected. Several spaces have been reserved for others within the university who would like to take part in the gathering but were not expressly invited.
