Experimental in nature, IDEA: The Experience will employ proven principals that many in academia, industry and the non-profit world have long recognized as fundamental to producing fresh visions and approaches. Participants will share in highly stimulating sessions intended to heighten imagination, foster synergistic relationships and generally establish an atmosphere conducive to new ways of thinking. The three main areas of concentration include

• Creativity – looking at old problems and ordinary objects in new ways and in extraordinary combinations
• Teamwork – promoting effective collaboration to capitalize on different talents within an organization
• Leadership – developing the skills necessary to shepherd a project from the design phase through to the marketplace
